Registration: Participants have to register before the conference. Registration is possible until 28 April 2008. We recommend to secure yourself a seat early, since there will be only be a  limited amount of seats available.

Fees: The conference fee is 8 € (reduced fee: 7 €, optional supporting contribution: 15 €) for Friday, 2 May, and 12 € (reduced fee: 8 €, optional supporting contribution: 25 €) for Saturday, 3 May. Please transfer the money to our bank account within a week after you received confirmation of the registration, but no later than  28 April 2008.

Catering: We will provide for cold and hot drinks,  and on Saturday  for food (sandwiches, cakes etc.). Both are included in the conference fee.

Venue: The conference will take place in the "Auditorium Friedrichstraße", Friedrichstraße 180 in Berlin Mitte. The next subway stations are U2/U6 Stadtmitte and U6 Französische Straße.

Conference languages: The conference will be held in German and English. There will be a simultaneous interpretation of all the lectures and discussions. Cordless headphones will be available free of charge.

Security: There will be security checks at the entrance to ensure the safety of our guests. Please consider the additional amount of time needed for this and arrive 45 minutes before the conference begins, if possible.

Accessibility: The conference room and one of the bathrooms is wheelchair accessible. Please notify us upon registration if you need any assistance.
